This Privacy Policy applies to the Olixel Labs website at olixel.io. It does not govern the Olixel mobile application, which will have its own privacy policy.

02 Information We Collect

Email Subscriptions

When you subscribe to receive Olixel launch announcements and occasional updates, we collect the email address you voluntarily provide.

Our subscription forms are managed by Kit, a third-party email marketing service. The homepage loads Kit’s signup script when visitors open it. Kit receives technical information associated with visits to the signup form, even if a visitor does not subscribe; this may include IP addresses and device or browser information. Kit also processes subscription activity when someone signs up.

We do not require your name to subscribe.

Contact Communications

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share, including your email address and the contents of your message.

Our business email addresses use Cloudflare Email Routing. Messages to privacy@olixel.app and support@olixel.app are forwarded to a Google-hosted mailbox.

Technical Website Information

Our website is intended to be hosted through Cloudflare Pages. When visitors access the website, Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, browser information, and request metadata.

The website does not currently include advertising pixels or site-owned analytics scripts.

Third-party services, including Kit and Cloudflare, may process technical information or use cookies as described in their respective privacy notices.

04 Email Subscriptions and Unsubscribing

We use Kit to manage our email subscriber list.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages but does not necessarily delete all associated subscriber records.

05 How Long We Retain Information

We retain subscriber email addresses while an individual remains subscribed.

When someone unsubscribes, we stop sending marketing updates. Certain records may be retained by Kit or OLIXEL LABS, LLC where necessary for legal compliance, suppression of future messages, or other legitimate operational requirements.

Support and privacy correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after an inquiry is resolved, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for legal obligations, disputes, or legitimate operational requirements.
